Guests highly rated the property's location, as it is only ten-minute walk to the beach and is very close to the Central Festival Pattaya. Guests are also able to easily access a lot of restaurants in the area. Moreover, a convenience store is just outside the building, as well as a motorbike rental service.

The property is generally clean and well-appointed according to guests, thanks to the abundance of cleaning staff that make rounds 24/7. The swimming pool and the lobby are also clean, as well as the highly-equipped fitness room.

Staffs cannot speak English fluently
Many of the staff members do not speak straight English, which made it difficult for guests to air their concerns. Guests also experienced not being greeted or even recognised upon their entry to the property, which many took as poor service.

Lacking of in-room tea and coffee maker
The property advertises complimentary coffee and tea in each individual rooms, but a lot of previous guests found no such things on their quarters. They had to go back down to the reception to request for a kettle and coffee or tea packs. Others guests also noted that they preferred to just buy outside instead.

Charged towels
A lot of guests experienced having to pay for towels without them knowing that each towel costs an additional. A room is provided with only one towel, much to the dismay of many guests, and extra supplies are charged.
