From the outside, the building looks historical, but the rooms inside are very classy and up-to-date. They are well furnished and comfortable for you to relax in. They are also very clean.

The owners of the small hotel, who serve you personally, are very welcoming and hospitable. They are there to serve you with whatever you need. They are quick to respond to calls and attend to issues immediately.

The location of the hotel is appropriate; the property sits right in the middle of the old town of Quebec City. Most guests will opt to stay at the hotel while in this medieval city. You are certain to enjoy a similar historical feel while here.

It is quite hectic to park a car in the particular parking lot, or even to move it when there are lots of cars. The space is not enough for the many automobiles that use the parking.

The shower and the tub are very tiny and are not that comfortable to use. The water temperatures are difficult to control, and the pressure of the water is very weak.

The hotel lacks facilities (including ramps or even lifts) that can be used by guests with mobility issues. Such guests have to be helped up the steep stairs, or they have to limit themselves to a room on the ground floor.
