Amber Heights is a family run guesthouse located in a residential neighbourhood, five minutes’ drive from Galway’s city centre.

Amber Heights has a strict non-smoking policy which includes the inside of the property as well as the grounds. This is great news for those who don't imbibe, cannot stand second hand smoke and like their room to smell fresh.

Amber Heights is located in a quiet, residential neighbourhood about five minutes' drive or 20 minute walk from the centre of Galway's city centre. This could be a drag for those who like to be closer to the action, but it will provide you with a quiet stay.

Most places that advertise as a Bed and Breakfast, as this place does, include breakfast in the price of your stay. But here, you are charged for breakfast be it Continental or full Irish.

Although many of the guest rooms here are spacious, some are rather small which could be a problem if you need extra room to maneouver, have a lot of luggage or are travelling with more than one person.
