The main railway station is a short walk away and the popular Marienplatz, where the Glockenspiel and New Town Hall can be found, is a mile away. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops in the area, so you'll not have any problem finding things to do during your stay here.
positive:

According to feedback, Aloft Munich is a recently-built hotel that offers comfortable and stylish accommodation. Guests report that the rooms are spacious and designed to offer maximum comfort and relaxation. The hotel is also kept very clean and tidy by the housekeeping staff.
positive:
Great service provided by the staff
Guests are impressed with the high level of service they received at Aloft Munich. The members of staff are well-trained and keen to accommodate guests' requests where possible.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Neighbourhood not the nicest
It seems that some of the guests who have stayed here didn't find the hotel's locality particularly appealing. As is often the case in major cities, the railway station attracts beggars and homeless people who congregate there day and night and this was a little upsetting for some.
negative:
Hotel lacks a restaurant
Aloft Munich doesn't have its own restaurant, which some guests found surprising. However, there is an on-site convenience store and several restaurants within walking distance.
negative:
Breakfast not provided free as standard
A few guests were disappointed that they didn't receive complimentary breakfast during their stay. Others also felt that breakfast was too expensive with what they considered an insufficient selection of items on offer. The hotel points out that some room rates do include breakfast.
