It's The Right Location
The location is great and you can't beat it! In a few minutes you are at the metro station. There are plenty of small bars and night life in the area. The world famous Guggenheim Museum is a must see. If you like shopping, cafés, and restaurants, and just strolling around, this is the ideal hotel.

Rooms Are Well-Equipped
Rooms pretty much have everything required to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They provide shower gel and shampoo, toothbrush, shower cap, shoe shine kit, great little extras. The black-out curtains work perfectly. There are even a few English stations on the TV.
positive:
Quick And Fast
The Wi-Fi is actually quite good and that's saying a lot!
Negative Reviews
negative:
A Bit Loud
The location is not really quiet but that's to be expected as the hotel is in the centre of the city. However, the walls of the room are extremely thin. In fact, they may as well place a partition instead of a wall, it would have the same effect. You can hear everything like flushing toilets, showering, talking, and you can hear people talking when passing their room.
negative:
Rough Around The Edges
The staff need to learn about customer service. They seem to have a bit of an “attitude.” You don't feel welcome and they aren't very attentive either. They might say hello, but that's about as far as it goes. Robots could probably do the job as well.
negative:
Picking Your Pockets
The hotel offers a number of deals; however, it seems a bit “picky” that breakfast is an additional cost. The gym isn't free either. The additional charge for the garage and breakfast are a bit expensive.
