The hotel serves a well prepared and diverse breakfast menu. The dishes are well prepared and fresh. Even during the peak season food does not run out as they are well prepared to ensure all the guests are well satisfied.
The apartments are tastefully furnished and modern. Plenty of natural light gets into the room creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The kitchenettes are well stocked with the basic items you need to cook for yourself.
A number of guests were disappointed to find that the Wi-Fi signal did not perform as advertised. Though the hotel claims it provides a high speed Wi-Fi connection, those affected found the signal to be very weak and slow and at times unavailable.
Many guests thought their rooms had poor soundproofing. The walls are quite thin and it's very easy to hear what's going on next door. The floorboards also were quite noisy especially at night. The squeaky noises can easily keep you up at night as the noise travels from room to room.
Majority of guests have complained about their mattresses being too soft and their pillows too flat and hard. Some mattresses sagged in the middle and this was very exhausting and excruciating especially for those with sensitive backs.
