Free Ticket A Bonus
The free transport ticket is a fantastic bonus, especially if you are new to the city. You can use the ticket in two zones, numbers 10 and 13. Zone 13 goes to the airport, which is great as transport to the airport can cost a bit more than normal transportation. The free ticket just makes it easier to get around the city.
positive:
Lovely Design And Location
The rooms are clean and nicely furnished, even fun. If you are in a room with others, there are little private lights for each bed section. There are private rooms with a computer and nice shower too. The accommodations are comfortable and colourful and the mood is positive. The location is great, especially for young people with a fantastic choice of bars just a couple of minutes away. It's nice walking around the city to take in the amazing architecture.

Give The Staff Credit
The staff are fantastic, friendly, and trustworthy. They do little extras too like printing your boarding pass for you or storing your bags so that you are free to walk around.

A Little Diversion
The décor is lovely; however, a TV in the room (at least the private room) would be nice.

Clicks and Clanks
You will have to get used to the noise coming from outside and inside. There is noise coming from the restaurants and bars, and the building inside is not so well insulated. You can easily hear people walking and talking.
negative:
Not As Close As You Think
The facility is actually a bit far from the main part of the city. However, the free transport pass will come in handy for this.
