Friendly and efficient staff members ensure that check in is fairly painless. It's over and done with within a couple of minutes.

Restaurants and shops are very close by. The location is perfect.

Rooms are attractive and comfortably furnished. Plus, there's a thought process designed for the benefit of guests. Fundamentals such as pillows can be killers to a good night's sleep, but here, they're labeled: firm and soft. That's really thoughtful.

Check the small print. Pets are not welcome in all rooms; just those that are designated for smokers. *As for the smell .. presumably the pets get used to it! The exercise areas for dogs are very limited. They really do need to address their stance on pets as there is some confusion. Surely, if rooms are properly cleaned, there is no reason to limit pets to 'smoking' rooms?!

You'll be f ...labbergasted to learn that, here in Florida, the breakfast offering sadly fails and doesn't include any fruit juices or fruit. How strange is that!

The front desk staff aren't as smartly dressed as they should be. This rings alarm bells as to what else might befall you here. Some things are OK but it's worth paying through the nose for a breakfast elsewhere, rather than enduring this freebie. Also, the place is very noisy throughout the night.
