The staff person on duty was found extremely helpful by most guests. Staff members are eager to make guests feel at home, attending to all their needs like providing extra blankets on a chilly night. Many of the guests have commented that the breakfast provided by the hotel is outstanding. Guests with mobility issues said that the management of the hotel went out of their way to accommodate their handicap problems.
