The inn has a very cosy feel to it and is very comfortable. Guests have, in particular, appreciated the warm, spacious rooms that meet a high standard of cleanliness, which is very impressive.
When some guests came for a meal, which they actually enjoyed thoroughly, they were made to wait for a long time to be seated. This dampened their enthusiasm. There was one woman attending to Reception and she seemed to have very little time at all for the diners. These guests felt that the inn needs to strengthen its staff in certain areas.
Although a coffee machine is available in the room, it has been reported that there are no clear instructions about how to use it. Some guests who were having trouble with understanding the coffee machine in their room, called a staff member to help. Unfortunately, the staff member didn't know how to use the machine either and was therefore unable to help.
Judging by feedback from guests who return to this inn regularly, it would appear that the inn is somewhat tired looking and could certainly do with a refurbishment to make it look brand new again, and restore a bit of excitement and inject some enthusiasm into the staff.
