Guesthouse Quality Inn Airport - Southeast (Birmingham, USA)

Rooms were kept clean and spacious say guests. They were airy and did not have the smell of damp like most of the hotel rooms. Beds were very comfortable and ensured a good nights’ sleep for the guests. It had all the modern standards like a lap desk and wide screen television. Bathrooms had adequate number of towels.

Complimentary breakfast served every morning has a good spread. There was something to eat for everyone, even the vegans. It included pastries, bagels, bread, cereal, fruit, coffee and juice among others. Wi-Fi connection is very stable. Guests could comfortably work online without any disconnection problems.

All the staff members are very friendly and go out of their way to assist the guests. The front desk staff particularly was very cordial. The hotel gives easy access to most of the major highways in the area. Guests find it easy to move around the town. Many restaurants like Olive Garden, Subway and Logan’s Roadhouse are also located close to the hotel.

Bathrooms in most of the rooms were quite dirty say several guests. There was hair in the shower making it clog. Housekeeping staff needs to do some more cleaning. Paints were peeling off the ceilings and tubs could do with some more scrubbing.

The air conditioning unit was very loud and noisy report guests. It took a long time to cool the room, which made it uncomfortable.

The wiring from the electrical outlet next to the bed had no covering in many rooms, and it was dangerously exposed say guests.
