Negative Reviews
negative:
A bit tired looking
Although there is little to suggest that you won't find this property clean and comfortable, a few guests describe it as tired looking. A lick of paint might improve matters although this shouldn't affect your overall enjoyment.
negative:
Traffic noise is a possibility
Guests have mixed opinions about whether this B&B is quiet. It's certainly set back enough from the city centre to allows some guests to leave their window open, but others mention traffic noise. It probably depends on whether you are a light sleeper.
negative:
Some rooms share a bathroom
Sharing a bathroom is not for everyone and one guest did find that another made a mess and did not clear up. However, this was during the middle of the night and the facilities are otherwise found to be clean. Book early to secure an en-suite room, especially during popular events such as the Fringe Festival.
