The apartment was renovated in 2018. It was modernized in 2021. It covers approx. 100m². It has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. The bedrooms are each equipped for 4 people. There is a 23m² terrace. Here you can grill, smoke and relax. From here you can take a look into the green and admire the stream of Rinderbügen. The kitchen is very well equipped. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven and stove are available. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, wall-mounted toilet and washing machine. The living room has a Smart TV (Youtube, Amazon Video, Netflix, Spotify, ...). There are parking spaces in the courtyard, in front of the house and on a public parking lot. WLAN is available in the entire house, in the courtyard and on the terrace (fast 250 MBit/s). The apartment is cleaned weekly. Bed linen and towels are provided by us and also cleaned weekly.
