Surrounded by the wonderful Monte Urpinu Park (with its amazing Viale Europa Viewpoint), the beautiful Molentargius Natural Park where flamingos nest, St. Benedict District (with its shops, offices, restaurants, bars and pizzerias) that you can reach on foot in 5 minutes. You can can arrive to the beaches of Poetto and Calamosca, and to the Sella del Diavolo in 10 minutes by bus, car or bike (the bike path in Via dei Conversi is one hundred yards from the house) or in more time running too.
