Our family-run hotel is idyllically situated in the middle of the Bavarian Forest, on the edge of the picturesque village of Pürgl, surrounded by the hills of the beautiful Bavarian Forest. Here you will find peace and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life to recharge your batteries. Relaxation is very important to us. Enjoy our indoor pool and our sauna for free, massage and cosmetics on request for a fee. Here you can be properly pampered and enjoy with all your senses. Facilities: 31 non-smoking rooms all with shower or bathtub and toilet, mostly with terrace or balcony, divided into 2 houses, reception, dining room, bar, table tennis for free, billiard and table football for a fee, in summer beer garden and lawn, lounge and games room, free parking. Take advantage of the stay in our hotel to hike on beautiful marked trails through the almost untouched nature. From the hotel you can explore many beautiful destinations, e.g. the Waldwipfelweg, the national park or the "king" of the Bavarian Forest, the Großer Arber. Take the ChuChu train from Tierpark Lohberg to the small Arbersee and enjoy the wonderful peace and views with a walk or a good cup of coffee. For sporty active guests, the region offers many marked hiking and biking trails, tennis courts, riding stables and a beach volleyball court. At the Kirchweih, the convivial home festival or at the open-air game, the guest still experiences traditional tradition. Straubing with Café Krönner and its famous Agnes Bernauer cake is just a stone's throw away. Even the beautiful cities of Regensburg and Passau can be reached in just under an hour.
