Unique Log Cabin getaway in the heart of historical Waihi. Take time to relax, unwind and feel recharged. This is a two story, two bedroom, native New Zealand timber built beauty. Upstairs consists of a king size bed in one room and a double size bed in the other. Downstairs is open plan Lounge, Dining and Kitchen with gas range and electric oven. There is a separate Toilet and the Bathroom has a rain head shower and single slipper, iron bath. Spend the evening chilled out on the love seat that swings above paved schist stones or enjoy alfresco dining under the old apple tree. If you want to bring more company then there is the option to utilise a funky and quirky, up-cycled packing shed. Soak yourself in the unique inside / outside bath attached to the shed but you will have to use the outhouse for the pit stops (one up on glamping though). The Sleepout Cottage with its Queen size wrought iron bed (made here in Waihi), offers old fashion comfort. Snuggle down in Grandma's quilt.
