Guests simply couldn't speak more highly of the manager, Ali. He was universally described as incredibly hospitable and helpful. It seems that some guests might have been concerned that, since they wee renting an apartment, they would be left in the lurch once they had checked in. In the end, they mentioned that Ali was always available and more than willing to assist with any queries.
Aside from the warm welcome, it was perhaps the central location that guests most appreciated. It seems this was one of the main reasons for booking here, and guests appreciated that they could simply step out of the front door and be in the heart of the city with it cafes and attractions.
