That just names a few of the highlights that add to a Black Bear theme we have created. Castle patio doors lead to a large deck running the length of the building and overlook a frog pond. The area is frequented with Black Bear visits, hence it's name. The location is in the heart of 23,000 acres of Delaware State Forest and is Adjacent to Promised Land State Park offering, Swimming, Hiking, Mountain Biking, Hunting, Snowmobiling, all from your front door, the list goes on!
