The Lolivier apartment is situated in Luisant at the border of Chartres, 5 minutes (by bus or by car), and is ideally located for people wanting to visit Chartres and its surrounding areas. The lounge room offers a perfect area to relax after a day out exploring the city or region or just simply coming back from work. You can comfortably relax on the sofa or take advantage of the sun on the terrace/courtyard. Meals can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen and local products can be savoured in good company around the table. The apartment comes with a double bed with a good mattress (which remembers your shape), shower in the bathroom, hair dryer, towel dryer and toilet. During your stay we have at your disposition a wardrobe, central heating, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, washing machine and office. Please note that linens, towels, sheets and holiday taxes are all included in the price. Cleaning of the apartment can either be done by the renter before leaving the apartment or alternatively a cleaning service can be arranged at a supplementary price.
