The staff are very considerate to your needs. Reception staff check you in and out very quickly and efficiently. The housekeeping team is very thorough in maintaining hygiene and seem to take pride in their job.
The hotel is close to very many restaurants, pubs and shops. The beach is just a short walk away and there are three outdoor pools onsite. The hotel offers good value for money as everything you need is within a reasonable distance.
The service at the restaurant is exceptional and the food and drinks both top notch. The wait staff are always attentive and eager to please and go out of their way to ensure you have a pleasurable dining experience.
During peak seasons some guests have complained that the hotel gets too busy and the pools and other public areas are swarming with too much activity.
A number of guests complained about the walls which appeared to be too thin. Noise from television sets and loud conversations or noisy neighbours carried easily from room to room and those who were light sleepers could not have a peaceful night's sleep.
Some guests felt that the beach was rather dirty and littered. In some areas the beach was covered with seaweed thus making guests avoid it. At times the water could get a bit murky and dirty and this apparently gets worse as the day progresses.
