Nice Location Away from the Crowds
The hotel is located on Collins Avenue close to the convention center and away from most of the South Beach traffic and noise. This is a good spot for those who want access to the South Beach scene but don't want to stay in the middle of the action.

Hotel Needs Some Attention

Parking Can Be a Problem
Parking in South Beach is always a problem. There is on-site parking here but guests say it's expensive and spots are limited. South Beach is a good area for walking and many guests suggest leaving the car at home if possible and relying on your feet, cabs and buses.

Rooms Facing Courtyard Can Be Loud
Guests in rooms facing the courtyard may also hear the music at the bar. Guests say it starts early in the afternoon and continues late into the night and can be a problem is you want to take a nap or go to bed early. Earplugs might be a good idea.
