Negative Reviews
negative:
Weak Internet connection; thin walls
Few
guests were not too happy with the Wi-Fi and mobile phone connection. It kept
disconnecting and signal was very weak in the rooms. Some of the guests felt
that it was quite noisy as the room walls were very thin allowing them to hear
the talks in the next room.
negative:
Insects around the hotel
Spiders and cobwebs, especially in the corridors, were quite a disappointment for the guests. They felt that a pest control team would be helpful.
negative:
No television in rooms; overpriced restaurant
Guests would have preferred to have a television set in their room especially to entertain the kids once in a while. Some guests felt that the meals were very expensive at the onsite restaurant.
