Our house includes a swimming pool, a barbecue area with sheltered outdoor dining space, and a kid’s play park all in enclosed, private grounds that are not overlooked by a single neighbour. We offer free Wifi to stay connected whilst away. The 400m2 house is located in 10.000 m2 of private grounds, alongside a 14x4m outdoor swimming pool (for summer use) a 30m2 porch, and a barbecue area with an outside fireplace a large table that seats 14, ping pong table, basket ball curt. Total : Main House 6 rooms in the main house and 2 double rooms in La Casita (small building in front). Total 8 rooms Main House: The ground floor of the Villa contains an Suite double room with private bathroom with exterior exit to the garden, an en-suit single room with private bathroom, 1 triple room and 1 double with exterior exit to the garden, which share a spacious bathroom. Additionally downstairs you will find 200m2 of living space, including a bar area and fireplace, a 40m2 semi- professional kitchen, and a generously-sized laundry room. On the first floor you have an additional living room with fireplace.
