positive:
Clean rooms with nice touches, good-size bathrooms
While some commented that this accommodation looks rather unassuming from the outside, the rooms here were spotlessly clean, with the majority of guests commending the overall quality of the housekeeping here. By all accounts, the beds are soft, warm and incredibly comfortable, ensuring an excellent night's rest. Thoughtful little in-room touches - like torches for navigating the rural surrounds as well as hot water bottles - really made a big impact with guests. Visitors were also very much impressed by the overall size of the bathrooms at this B&B.
positive:
Great breakfasts
The beds were good, the accommodation is solid, but the breakfast? It appears to be outstanding. Guests loved the local produce and the home-made bread also went down an absolute treat. Both the quality and the quantity of offerings was commended by many.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Small rooms
While many experienced outstanding stays, there were a very few minor issues here. First and foremost, while the bathrooms were generously sized, some felt that the rooms at this property were rather small.
negative:
Off the beaten track
Those coming from major cities were also slightly taken aback by the decidedly rural location of the B&B.
negative:
No attractions in the immediate vicinity
This property is within a 30-minute drive of a number of major attractions and is well-connected to the regional road network. Despite this, a number of guests were disappointed to find that there wasn't much to do within the immediate walking vicinity of the B&B.
