The Old Mill is an 18th century Grade II former mill positioned in a riverside country-feel setting two miles from Taunton in Somerset. Guests stay in the tranquil and exclusive B&B overlooking the river amidst abundant peaceful relaxing nature. The spacious guest wing includes: secure gated car park, secluded guest entrance, large lounge, upper-floor dining/workspace area, wrap-around terraces, access to five-acre grounds and one of just two well-appointed and private rooms. The Mill Room features double-aspect windows, a stable door with Juliet balcony, a super-king bed, beamed ceiling and a contemporary en-suite with double walk-in rain shower. The Cottage Room features double-aspect windows, a king bed and an adjacent private bathroom. Both rooms have flat-screen TVs and hospitality trays. Stays at The Old Mill are hosted: breakfast consists of a self-selected choice of continental options and a served hot choice from a traditional full English list of items. The Old Mill is historic and atmospheric; guests can expect a quirky unique interior with preserved milling mechanisms at every turn sitting side-by-side contemporary comfortable furnishings.
