    Nice Owner

    The owner was found to be a nice man who took care of his guests. He made them feel at home and there were little to no hassles when checking in. Guests appreciated their privacy was respected as well.

    The rooms were found to be clean and cosy by guests. They enjoyed the comfortable beds and the nice flat-screens in the rooms. It was nice to be in a clean atmosphere that was well taken care of.

    Good Location

    The guesthouse is in a nice location close to public transportation and various eateries and bars. The museum quarter and the Royal Palace can be reached easily and the other attractions of the city as well. The Heineken experience is also close by.

    Bad Wi-Fi

    The Wi-Fi was found to be a bad service for guests who stayed here. They felt the Internet was slow and unreliable. The signal would go on and off which made it difficult to get things done online.

    The stairs were found to be steep and small for guests who had a hard time climbing with luggage. It was difficult to climb the stairs and there was no lift available. It may be not possible for some to climb the stairs.

    The only bathroom available is shared and is small for guests who stayed here. They would have liked to have had a private bathroom to use. There was not much space available to move around.
