No matter what your mode of transportation is, this B&B is ideally located for all types of travellers. It is easily accessible by car due to its proximity to highway 101. It is also a short walk from the public bus station, and only a few miles from the local Greyhound hub. Guests say it's an ideal base for those visiting Universal Studios, and its conveniently close to Los Angeles's famous Hollywood Boulevard and Griffith Park. In addition, just a few blocks away, you'll also find many dining options.

Overall, guests enjoyed their rooms and the comfortable beds. Many found it convenient that the bathrooms have a large selection of various full-sized products, so one doesn't have to worry about packing basic items. Access to the kitchen was also very much appreciated.

The staff are said to be quite welcoming and treat all guests like old friends. Guests say they are always ready to help and often lend a hand before a guest asks.

The soundproofing is not the best inside the house, as guests often report being able to hear their neighbours. Windows provide little soundproofing as well, as hearing conversations from the outside garden is also reported.

The continental breakfast spread is quite poor and limited in selection. Guests were disappointed to see a lack of healthy options and disappointed in the quality of the food.

The house temperature is controlled by a central air system, and the owners tend to keep the room temperature at much higher than normal for “guest comfort”. Unfortunately, most guests found their rooms too stuffy for comfort.
