Our b & b is a stone mill from the 1800s, nestled in a relaxing valley, located on the slopes of Montone, one of the seven MOST BEAUTIFUL VILLAGES IN ITALY. At the center of Umbria it offers the possibility to visit it in a few minutes in its entirety and without stress: Gubbio, Perugia, Assisi, S, Maria degli Angeli, Città di castello. Consisting of THREE MINI APARTMENTS equipped with: panoramic view, bathroom courtesy service (linen change every 3 days), bed linen (change every 7 days), free wi-fi, breakfast included (packed but assorted). INTERIORS- RUBINO: two-room apartment (5 places), bedroom, double sofa bed, single bed, kitchenette, bathroom. TOPAZ: studio apartment (4 places), double bed, bunk bed, terrace, kitchenette, bathroom. ZAFFIRO: two-room apartment (4 places), two double bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom. Animals well accepted. OUTSIDE - Parking on site; 9 x 7 by 1.45m pool refreshes and tones the day; Solarium; Relax area, Barbecue area; playground; courtyard animals. Horseback riding (by reservation), free trekking. Family management: maximum freedom and joy. EXTRAS: use of kitchen / gas 5 euros / per apartment / per use, pets 10 euros one-off, final cleaning after the third day 10 euros one-off, tourist tax 1 euro for the first 5 days (children aged 13 and over )
