Il Casale Del Sogno is located km 37 from Via Pontina Vecchia, 30 minutes from Rome, and a few km of the Castelli Romani (the hills around Rome) land of festivals, traditional festivals and food and wine trail mandatory for lovers of Italian cuisine, not forgetting the famous wines of Castelli. Rome can be reached by car (about 30 minutes) or with the regional train (20 minutes), from Campoleone station to the centre of Rome (Stazione Termini). The Casale offers a free transfer to and from the station (about 10 minutes' drive). Albano, Ariccia, Genzano Frascati, Castel Gandolfo (originally Alba Longa), Nemi and its wonderful lake, are some of the most famous Castelli Romani. Ardea, which is part of the common house, was founded in the fifteenth century BC. Anzio, Nettuno and Circeo, unique territory between mythology and history, inhabited land of Ulysses and Circe, remain a few kilometres away and are visited in a day (possibility of organised visits). For fans of mythology, the village of Castle in Pratica di Mare, near the ancient city of Lavinium, and the Lido where landed Aeneas, a half-hour drive from the house, are a compulsory stopover.
