Ashby bed and breakfast is set in the idyllic location of Longstanton in Cambridge close to the Science park and sights of East Anglia.

Great location near City centre
For those staying near the City but not driving there is a park and ride bus station right next to the hotel. The centre of Cambridge is also within walking distance which guests have said is their main reason for returning to stay again.

As the hotel is close to Cambridge, most would imagine price's per night to be quite high but previous guests are commending the owners on the reasonable prices, also stating its quite a saving on parking in the centre of Cambridge.

The hotel has a patio area outside where you can sit end enjoy the weather or eat breakfast in the sunshine before heading out for the day.

Not very clean in the room's
There are many reviews about the cleanliness of the rooms explaining there are cobwebs, bugs and dus in the bedrooms and bathrooms. There are reviews about the bed linen not being clean and fresh and noise coming through the walls from other people staying.

The hotel offers breakfast within the price however the dining room is very small and all guests sit around the same table together to eat.

In serious need of an update
Stained carpet's, old fashioned furniture and dated decor are amongst the review's about the interior of the hotel, many previous guest's strongly advise on an update or refurbishment however there are many very happy guests who will return.
