Interior decorating was on point here, and guests loved the modern and innovative design of rooms and common spaces. Everything felt fresh and new, and so far, there was no sign of wear and tear.

Guests had a hard time finding anything wrong with polite and friendly staff members. Everyone from the front desk personnel to the cleaning crew were helpful and quick to smile, something that guests noticed on a regular basis.

Guests routinely mentioned two things that made this hotel stand out from the rest. The complimentary use of a cell phone with free local and international calls was a much appreciated perk of staying here, as were the top notch mattresses that sometimes made it hard for guests to get up in the morning.

You might want to ask about the size of your room before committing to a reservation. Several guests complained that the actual size of rooms didn't match pictures shown on the hotel website. If you are travelling with a family or larger group and plan on sharing a space, these rooms might not be big enough.

Guests who spoke only English sometimes had problems interacting with staff. While the friendliness of staff often made up for this shortcoming, guests still said that it would have been nice if there were more bilingual hotel employees onsite.
